  • How do I register?
  • Registering to play is quick and easy! Click HERE to create and register your account. You'll be playing your favourite Bingo and Casino games in no time!
  • What is GeoComply and why do I need it?
  • GeoComply is a software that confirms a players physical location. Delta Bingo Online is licensed to operate in the province of Ontario, Canada, and all players must be located in the province to play.
  • How do I get GeoComply?
  • During registration, instructions on how to download GeoComply will pop-up. Follow these instructions to download.
    1. For desktop and laptop: install the plugin to your browser. Your WIFI must be enabled and you cannot be using a VPN.
    2. For mobile devices and tablets: download the GeoGaurd Location Validator app from your device's app store. Your device must have location settings 'on' and allow push notifications.
  • How does it work when I want to play?
  • To start playing, log in to your Delta Bingo Online account. Once logged in, you will receive a pop-up notification that will verify your location. Once your location has been verified, you can play! Please note: location settings for GeoComply must be set to 'always on'.
  • How many downloads and plugins do I need to start playing?
  • GeoComply is the only software that needs to be downloaded on your device in order to play Delta Bingo Online. We provide more information on how this works once you create an account. If the operating software on your phone is outdated, you may be prompted to update or install "Flash Player 8.0". Most devices will already have this installed and no action will be required.
  • How do I log in?
  • Once you have a registered account, logging in is a piece of cake! From the Delta Bingo Online homepage, locate the Login button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your account information (username, password) and you're ready to play. You must be logged in to play games, edit personal details, make deposits or cash out winnings.
  • What if I forget my username or password?
  • Resetting your account username or password is simple. Click HERE and we'll send an account recovery link to the email address we have on file. If you are still having trouble logging in, please email our Delta Bingo Online support team and they'll assist you in a timely manner.
  • Can I play Delta Bingo Online on any device?
  • Delta Bingo Online is compatible with operating systems on smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers. We're here for your entertainment wherever you are.

Money Matters: deposits, withdrawals, banking

  • What deposit methods do you accept?
  • A Visa credit card, Visa Debit card or Interac is required to sign up and play. Mastercard is not currently accepted. 
  • How do I deposit money into my account?
  • Depositing money into your account is a simple process. Once you've logged in, go to the 'My Account' page, under the 'Banking' tab, click on 'Fund Account'. Select the deposit method of your choice and follow the instructions provided.
  • What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
  • A minimum of $10 (CAD) is required per deposit.
  • How do I withdraw my winnings?
  • To withdraw funds from your account, go to the 'My Account' page, under the 'Banking' tab click on 'Request Withdrawal'. All withdrawal requests will be processed within one business day.
  • How will my transactions appear on my bank or credit card statements?
  • Deposits and withdrawals will be listed on your financial statements as 'Delta Bingo Online'.
  • What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?
  • Yes! The minimum amount that can be withdrawn from your Delta Bingo Online account is $10.
  • How soon will withdrawn funds from Delta Bingo Online appear in my bank account or on my credit card?
  • It can take up to 8 business days for funds to appear in your bank account or on your credit card. All fund withdrawals are processed by Delta Bingo Online within one business day of original request. From there, your financial institution or credit card company may take up to 5 business days to complete the transfer on their end.

    Delta Bingo Online (as applicable) reserves the right to delay and/or stop the process of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.

Playing the game

  • What happens if I have purchased my cards and I get disconnected from the game?
  • If you get disconnected while a game is progress, your purchased cards will still be in play and eligible to win. To see if your card was a winner, go to the 'My Account' page and click 'Transactions'. Your order history will be there for you to review.

    We recommend that all players print out all transaction data, rules of play, terms and conditions and payment methods for their records.
  • Why is the chat feature unavailable at times?
  • Our chat feature could be inaccessible due to a number of reasons. First, some devices have a firewall installed that blocks our chat servers from sending messages to your computer. While technical glitches can occur, these instances are rare and will be corrected as soon as possible. If you have questions you can always email our Delta Bingo Online support team.
  • Can I use the same Bingo card numbers for different games?
  • No. Card numbers are randomly generated and distributed with each purchase. If you do not like the numbers associated with your issued cards, you can click the 'Get New Cards' button and be issued a new batch.
  • Does Delta Bingo Online offer more games than Bingo?
  • Yes! Delta Bingo Online offers a wide variety of Casino games in addition to Bingo. You have access to the full library of Casino and Bingo games when you login to your account.
  • How do can I receive news about upcoming promotions and special events?
  • When registering for an account with Delta Bingo Online, you will be asked to opt-in to receive promotional communications from us (emails and pop-ups). If you haven't opted-in to be contacted by us, you will not be notified directly of upcoming promotions/events. You can also stay up-to-date by visiting our Promotions page.
